Atmos Water Test

It is essential that our drinking water is free from contaminants, impurities, bacteria and viruses. The results of our recent tests on the water that is all around us are shown below.

Two different instruments that are both related to testing the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the water were used. Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in a liquid is defined as the combined content of all the inorganic and organic substances contained in a liquid which are present in a molecular, ionized or micro-granular suspended form. TDS tests are used to study the quality of the
water in relation to the amount of chemical contaminants in the water and aesthetic characteristics of the water. The most primary sources for TDS in water is agricultural runoff, soil contaminants, pollution from industrial and sewage plants and even pesticides from surface runoff.

Atmos h2o water generators do not suffer from contaminants and impurities found in pipes and soil as the  water is simply produced from the air we breathe. The Atmos h2o 6-stage filtration and sterilizatin process eliminated any contaminants, impurities, bacteria and viruses in the water.

Most common TDS contaminants: Calcium, Phosphates, Nitrates, Sodium, Arsenic, Chloride, Pesticides, Sodium, Lead, Copper, Fluoride, Radium.

Tap and bottled water range widely within the TDS scale and the EPA and FDA have loose requirements regarding the purification of water. Tap water may leave the purification plant clean, albeit with chlorine and other cleaning chemicals, it can be quickly contaminated through pipes by runoff.

Tests were conducted using electrolysis which moves an electric current through the water to make all the organic and inorganic substances become apparent. The result after one minute of electrolysis with each type of water is shown above.
